20th Oct Clan Gathering

hey guys.. so i guess the date for the gathering has been more or less decided- 20th october, this Saturday.
so heres the near finalised plan for the date.. any changes can still be made till fri night itself.

Venue: Plaza Singapura

Place to meet: Outside Dhoby Ghaut MRT ( bustop level )
Time to meet: 1.30pm

Place to makan: Cafe Cartel ( the open air preferably so we can sit around and discuss stuff, we have quite a big group by the way)

Plan for the day: To makan together, and at the same time, carry out clan and member introduction, discuss on clan issues, ingame matters.. mainly on clan matters. Eating and discussing should take around 2-3 hrs.. then followed by a possible LAN session at E2MAX @ The Cathay.

For now, heres the plan for the gathering. Please let me know of wad u guys think about it. Feel free to suggest other feasible things to do.. but bear in mind the size of the group ( we have well over 10-12members **), and the feasiblity of the suggested activities. In fact, the first gathering would be more on an intro session, a casual get-to-know each other meeting.. with not too much activites involved just yet. If u think that is good enough for a first time gathering.. do let me know as well!

Most of us nv see each other before is there any way we can recognize each other. Otherwise we reach there liao dunno whether anyone there is SgAF guys. Maybe clearwater87 u just say what u'll be wearing so everyone can just lookout for u.

For easy identification, i'll be wearing pink shirt + blue jeans + white-blue specs. And when you see me, please kindly approach the person beside me who will be clearwater. If no one is beside me, then u suck-thumb and come find me. =)

Err sorry for this last minute change. I can't join u guys for lunch. I probably can't make it in time. Last night while driving kanna minor accident later gotta go make police report with the instructor.(Not my fault some kuku bird turn into my lane @ junction) Sld reach PS around 2.30pm-3.00pm.
