Online training sessions

Hi all,

Since we have not started the LAN training sessions yet, maybe we cld have online training sessions. We just have to fix a date and time and everyone goes online to play. Recently we got to play together but it was just coincidence and not everyone was present.

Rather hard for everyone to be online just like that. Just for you guys' info, my frequent playing time is on weekends 9am to 1am (yes, the whole damn day). Weekdays only if i'm on leave/off. And i just hope that my fcuking sudden-200-latency-jump will fcuking stop so that i can resume my damn playing routine. zzz

lmao. haha actually i hav considered the idea of training online together. but there are many problems online. such as not being able to get the entire team on one side (its pretty hard to). and also for those without vip status.. the game kicks players too randomly and too frequently. all this spoils the entire training mood.

the times we play online together.. i would consider that as training too. however, proper training is stil best at lan. anyway, we're mostly online on weekends.. so yea perhaps we can consider that as a prelude to Lan training =)

Hmm, i nv been to LAN for bf2142 before so i don't know how its like. U mean we don't join the usual EA servers? Or we play among ourselves only?

yea during training.. we play by ourselves only. its sgaf members vs sgaf members. thats where we can try out tactics.. strategies on one another.. and even coach one another..
online training in ea servers do not count much for training. its too messy and objectives can be unclear.

lan training sessions prepare the clan for tournament style gaming.. where its 8 players vs 8 players. essentially, thats a commander and 2 mini squads on both sides.

we can always have 1team on 1 side 1 team on the other. dun need all on same team to play.

those w/o VIP can think of getting it in the near future, then joining games at nite wont be such a hassle. jus click join game.

If you guys are ever interested to have LAN trainings, do let me know we can organize a session with both our clans and it'll definitely be good experience for you fellows who just came into the Battlefield Scene.

firstly, thanks for ur generous support u've given us so far..its pleasant to hear from u guys.. and we definitely appreciate u guys lending us a helping hand

secondly, a 2142 session wit u guys sure seems good. ill be sure to work out the details first, and contact u guys =) btw.. i think u guys train regularly at e2max cine on a weekly basis? ( is it wed?) or are u guys taking a break?

No worries mate, its better to help the local BF community grow in size & talent since we're rather small compared to others.

Yup, our base of training is held at E2MAX@TheCathay every Wednesday from 6-10pm then. But we've stopped since we ended the GXLeague Season 01, so as to take a break from Gaming for awhile, at the moment, we're just meeting up every Wednesday to go Running & Swimming.

We'll revert back to LAN training soon.

LOL i can definetly say that LAN training is a Whole new world compared to online training. communiation is essential among the team. So i say, when got to my first Lan training, i needed some time to get used to it, as i had a soft voice and had to shout to the whole team so as to make others aware of the situation. I'm sure its no problem for u army personals ??^^

if u're toking about the grand cathay E2max, yes there are no headphones. But the equipment there are not bad, razer stuff.

haha. not all army personnel shout everyday. even i rarely try to speak thru VOIP when playing at home. communication thru headsets will be very new for us and we'll have to get used to it

I think the volume of the microphone recieved can be adjusted. Hahas.

I started off shouting into mic too. But still no one could hear me.

Well. Guess I'd be looking forward to our 1st lan session if not gathering =D

Lol razor mouse.. i just bought a diamondback recently in comex now having trouble adjusting to it. Ppl say play FPS must use high sensitivity, true?
