all 3 days i'll be free. so i think we need to confirm a day first so at least most of us can set the day aside for us first

friday free, sat not free, if sunday 1.30-3.30 at e2max our clan would have training there, most likely, so might meet u all ^^

if this carries on, looks like 20th is the only possible date since some of us can only make it on day. even that day could be quite hard for some due to commitments

ya..20th seems like the only overlapping free day..
but i guess i wont drag this gathering any further.. hopefully we can have the most optimal turnout for that day.. we will allhave to understanding it is just too difficult to have everyone down on a particular day..

hmm but so far all is good..looks like we can have around 70-80% attendance..
so far most have replied but we hav not received a response from the following members yet.. do drop us a notice to inform us if u can/cannot make it for the gathering.. haha the gathering is not a must. its just a meet up session to get to know one another personally.. discuss some battelfield and clan issues.. eat and mayb LAN..
