sounds neutral to me. at least not a boastful sentence, neither it is a lousy one.

We dont really fall- sounds weird though. Dont really doesnt have the impact feelings I feel.

We will not fall? It has multiple meanings. Doesnt means we dont lose. It means we dont give up. There's fighting spirit in it. I like.

in a sense yes.. aggressive but not arrogant in any way..
i think 'we will not fall' is really nice.. its sort of a neutral statement.. that can imply many things.
